What results should I expect from using °Coolway™ and when?
You will see immediate results, as your hair will be shiny, soft, and well manageable, and then even better results build with continued use, such as strength and longer lasting results. After 5 uses, typically your styling results will last from wash to wash and will not revert back with humidity. For optimal results, it is recommended that you use °Coolway™ for a minimum of eight weeks.°Coolway™ results are not permanent and will gradually fade out of hair if not used (completely going back usually after 2 shampoo washes).
Since you are adding moisture to my hair, will my hair remain wet after treatment?
We are adding moisture to the inside of your hair, so at the end of the styling session, your hair will be dry to the touch, soft, and silky on the outside, and moist, healthy and strong on the inside.
How do I use °Coolway™? How Often? How long does it take?
You can use °Coolwayas often as once a day. However, after 5 uses your results will last for days, so you won’t have to use it every day. In fact, the more times you use it, the better it gets. Blow drying hair with°Coolway™ will be much faster than with other styling products and can take with several uses no more than half the time. Can I apply °Coolway™Transform™ and use a high heat flat iron?
While you could apply a high heat tool to hair that was treated with Transform™ Spray,you will not get the same positive effect you would get when applying low heat to your hair. A high heat flat iron dries your hair evaporating all the moisture, damaging it and preparing it to frizz quickly. The reason °Coolway™ exists is to prevent and avoid the use of high heat, dryness and damage, and not as a means to try to protect from its damage.
Can I apply the °Coolway™treatment with a blow dryer?
YES, blow drying temperatures are under 300°F, so you will get fast, smooth and shiny results when using °Coolway™ with your blow dryer. We created our own °Coolway™ Go PRO Ionic dryer that provides fast and great results with the °Coolway™ treatment with heat setting adapted to activate the moisture inside your hair without evaporating it.
How long will a supply of °Coolway™productslast?
Transform Spray was developed to last for 45-60 days of treatments for the AVERAGE USER.
Each 1 oz. tube of Boost™ Serum should last for 1 or 2 uses, depending on the length of hair and amount used. Boost is used to accelerate your positive results, so you can see immediate results on your first application.
Each 8 oz. tube of Boost™ or Therapy™ Serum should last for about 60 days if used once per week.
Individuals who use °Coolway™more often than twice per week, and/or use the product broadly may require additional supplies of product after a 30 day period. For this reason, products can be ordered individually by calling customer service at (800) 206-4535 or by ordering online.
Can I use other products or treatments in my hair after the °Coolway™treatment?
YES, you may use alternative styling products to best suit a newly repaired and straightened hair. Shine serums, root lifters or other styling products can be used with °Coolway. You can use them when you want. Regarding your shampoo, you canshampoo your hair as normal before or even after using °Coolway. It is recommended that you use a non-Sulfate shampoo that does not strip your hair, and keeps your results longer.
Are there any recommendations for choosing hair and styling products while using the °Coolway™ treatment?
We recommend using a non-Sulfate shampoo for optimum results. We also suggest that you eliminate the use of all harsh toxic compounds on your hair, such as long-term straightening products, as this can accelerate the deterioration of hair quality and increase damage to the hair fiber. For styling products, you can use your favorite styling products and still enjoy the benefits of Coolway.
Can °Coolway be used on pre-treated (relaxed, bleached) or color treated hair?
YES, °Coolway™ can be applied to all hair treated hair including highlighted, bleached, colored and also on hair that has had no history of chemical services (virgin hair).
Color - Hair can be colored anytime before or after the °Coolway™ treatment. You will be amazed to see your hair color look better when you use °Coolway™.
Bleach - °Coolway™ can benefit you, by making your hair stronger and lessening the effects of bleach on hair.
“Relaxer” - °Coolway™ can benefit you. We recommend reducing your use of relaxer treatments, or eliminating them altogether. Long term use of °Coolway™ allowed women that relaxed their hair to avoid the use of relaxers altogether.
If I am pregnant or breastfeeding can I safely have a °Coolway™ treatment?
YES, °Coolway™ is non-toxic, has no Formaldehyde, Lye, Thalates or Sulfates and is completely safe to use during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.
Are there any side effects with °Coolway™?
°Coolway™ is non-toxic has not shown to have any side effects. Of course, let us know if you develop any adverse reaction.
Has there been any research, testing and/or studies regarding °Coolway™?

You should receive your order within 2-3 business weeks, longer if located outside the 48 contiguous United States in the following areas: AK, HI, U.S. Territories, and Canada.
What do you charge for shipping and processing?
For our starter kit, shipping and processing fee FREE per shipment for Standard Delivery. For most of our products, shipping and processing fee is $6.95 per shipment. Our beauty program members do not pay S&H for any shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
We only ship to US, Canada and to APO’s.
Will I be charged sales tax?
If you order is shipped to California, Delaware or Illinois, we are required to charge sales tax. If your order is being shipped to any other state, you will not be charged sales tax.

What is an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number?
The RMAnumber is used to correctly track your return package. It is important to include the RMA number in your package, as well as write it on the outside of your package, so that your return can be processed correctly.

How do I return a product?
If you are not completely delighted with your °Coolway™ Starter Kit, you can return it within 30 days of receipt, even if the bottles are empty, and we will refund your full purchase price (less shipping & processing, if applicable). Please call Customer Service at (800) 206-4535for return instructions and to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, so we can process your return. As a member of our Beauty Program, you are not required to continue. Cancel at any time.
Note - We will not process or refund packages marked "Return to Sender." Refunds will always be issued to the same card to which they were charged.
How long will it take to process a return?
From the time our warehouse receives your return, it generally takes 5 business days to process your refund. Please keep in mind that your bank will post our credit in the billing cycle in which it was received; hence the number of days it takes for the credit to post to your account can slightly vary depending on how quickly your bank recognizes and posts our refund. Please note that with some banks and credit card companies, it can take up to 30-60 days to reflect your credit. Your credit card will be refunded by "COOLWAY."
